VP Minerals tenements are located across the Stawell and Bendigo Structural zones, separated by the Avoca Fault.
The Geological Survey of Victoria has reported that there may be up to 75M ounces of gold still to be found in the northern parts of the Stawell, Bendigo and Melbourne Zones.
Critical Minerals
VP Minerals tenements are located in the newly emerging North-West Victorian critical mineral province.
Historical data has identified high-grade near surface critical mineral prospects.

ADAM SIERAKOWSKI | Non-Executive Chair
Mr Adam Sierakowski has 28 years’ experience in legal practice as a founder of Palisade Corporate Lawyers and corporate lawyer consulting and advising on a range of transactions to large private and listed public entities.
Adam has advised and guided many companies undertaking IPO, RTO, fundraising and M&A activities in Australia and overseas.
Adam founded Trident Capital over 15 years ago and as the Managing Director has provided corporate advice to a variety of public and private clients on compliance, governance, and structuring of their transactions both domestically and internationally.
GRAHAM HOWARD | Non-Executive Director
Mr Graham Howard has over 35 years’ of senior operations, management and executive leadership experience. Former Managing Director and CEO of ASX listed Rare Earth and Critical Minerals company, VHM Limited, Graham holds key knowledge of North-West Victorian hold and critical mineral opportunities.
Graham has held significant roles in major gold and copper projects such as Boddington (Newcrest Western Australia), Telfer (Newcrest Western Australia) and the Silangan Copper Gold Project (Philippines).
ROBERT RAMSAY | Non-Executive Director
Dr Ramsay is a geologist with over 40 years of industry experience in commodities that include iron-ore, gold, base-metals, platinum group metals, fluorite, mineral sands and diamonds, in Australia and elsewhere in the world.
Dr Ramsay was formerly the Managing Director of CZR Resources Limited (ASX:CZR) and a past director of Striker Resources NL. He has previously worked with, and consulted to, a range of companies that include CRA Exploration (now Rio Tinto Ltd), BHP-Billiton Ltd, Gravity Diamonds, Mineral Securities Ltd and Speewah Metals Ltd and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
SIMON WHYBROW | Company Secretary
Mr Simon Whybrow is a CPA and Chartered Secretary with extensive experience and key strengths in financial administration and control, boardroom practices, corporate and business strategy, process improvement, and general management.
Simon has over 25 years corporate and commercial experience within both ASX-listed and unlisted companies.
LAUREN ROBINSON | Executive Officer
Mrs Lauren Robinson has over 15 years’ experience in project management and project controls.
Lauren held a senior role with ASX listed Rare Earth and Critical Minerals company, VHM Limited, providing project management support to deliver the Definitive Feasibility Study and Initial Public Offering.
Lauren has provided a wide range of project management support in the mineral sands industry in relation to tenement management, exploration, approvals, resource and reserve estimation, feasibility studies and corporate services.
